Project Brief
J. Owen Grundy Park is owned and operated by the City of Jersey City, New Jersey. TMG was retained to provide designs for lighting and electrical power distribution. Completed in 2008, this park is a pier with tables and chairs and umbrellas and a space at the end for concerts, yoga, and events. It is convenient to the Exchange Place Path Station and the Hyatt Hotel.
The park is considered to be one of the best places to take pictures of the Financial District.
